  • About repairs

    We accept repairs at the store where you purchased the product. Please contact the store as some stores
    may not have this service .

     
    If you would like to purchase from the official Karrimor online store, please contact us 

    with the following information .

    ・Order number
    ・Name used at time of purchase
    ・Area you wish to repair
     
    *Repairs are intended to restore lost functionality, and may entail significant changes to the appearance of the item. Please note that repairs do not restore the design or texture of the fabric to a new condition.
    *Please note that depending on the condition of the product you inquire about, we may not be able to repair it.
    *We do not accept product modifications or customizations.
    *We cannot accurately determine the condition of the product over the phone or email, so we cannot provide estimates or contact you regarding repair costs or delivery times.
    *Depending on the condition of the product and the time of year, it may take more than a month from the start of repairs to delivery.
    *Please check the inside of all pockets before shipping. We cannot guarantee the safety of any personal items left in the pockets.
    *Repairs are only accepted for Karrimor International products.

  • About counterfeit products

    Counterfeit products have different specifications and performance from genuine products, and are inferior in terms of quality and safety, so there is a risk of injury or accidents due to breakage. We
    intend to take firm action, including legal action, against sellers, but we ask that customers be careful not to mistakenly purchase counterfeit products. In addition, please note that

    We provide message cards that can be attached to gifts.

    ・We do not offer printing services on message cards. Please use the free space on the back to write your message.
    ・We cannot ship the product and the card separately. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Shipping time

    If you place your order by 8:00 a.m. on a business day, we will ship it the same day. *Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

  • Changing payment method after placing an order

    Once payment has been completed, it is not possible to change the card company or the number of payments.

  • Regarding the number of payments for credit card payments
